Midnight O Red Table Wine This complex, rich and deep red wine is a blend of Russian River Valley Syrah; our estate Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel; and a splash of our estate Dry Creek Petite Sirah. Needless to say the total package is a dark, complex and fruit-laden wine. The bright raspberry Zinfandel character gives way to deeper, brooding blueberry and blackberry Petite Sirah flavors with charcoal, pepper and tar Syrah components.
This is wine to drink with roasted meat, barbecued ribs, and hamburgers. Not for the faint of heart, it will provide you immediate enjoyment with a steak on a warm summer’s evening, or stock up a few bottles for a hearty stew on a cold winter’s night.
